  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • A photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales
  • Digital or downloadable goods (if applicable)
  • MLM memberships, referral bonuses, and commissions
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. Return Process

  1. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the return shipping address.
  2. Please ensure the product is properly packed and shipped within 7 working days after approval.
  3. After inspection of the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet).
  • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.

In case the product was received via cash on delivery (COD), we may request your bank details for NEFT transfer.


5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement for the same product.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund as per our policy.


6. MLM & Commission-Related Refunds

For members participating in our MLM or referral program:

  • Bonuses, commissions, or wallet credits earned through purchases or referrals are non-refundable.
  • If a product is returned or refunded, any associated commissions or referral earnings may be reversed.

This ensures fair and transparent compensation within our network system.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your bank; sometimes processing delays occur.
